🚚 Lost or Damaged Parcel Policy

1. Lost Parcels

If your order doesn’t arrive within 15 business days, please contact us at infos_shoesop@mail.com with your order number.
We’ll open an investigation with the courier and, if confirmed lost, send a replacement or full refund.

2. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the package and item.

  2. Email them to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. We’ll resolve the issue by replacing the product or issuing a refund.


🧾 Pre-Order & Backorder Policy (optional – if you plan to sell out-of-stock or upcoming products)

  • If a product is marked as Pre-Order or Backorder, payment will be taken at checkout.

  • Estimated shipping time will be displayed on the product page.

  • Customers can cancel pre-orders anytime before the product ships for a full refund.
