1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at infos_shoesop@mail.com.

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they haven’t yet been shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return after delivery.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

If you cancel after the item has shipped, please wait until it arrives and follow our Return & Refund Policy for a refund.

3. Faulty or Wrong Product

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
We will issue a replacement or refund without additional costs.
